An international icon and our longest running award, the Omega Challenge is an opportunity to showcase DPE performance on a world stage.

To be eligible to be awarded the International Omega Challenge, your store must achieve $55K AU in sales (across four consecutive weeks) and 4-star OER or better.

These awards recognise the hard work, commitment and dedication of those across our twelve markets who consistently go above and beyond. 

For many of these awards, we have used the visual token of an eagle – the bird that flies higher than all other birds and symbolises courage, dominance and pride.

Heralded as one of the most iconic DPE Awards, the Global Leadership Award recognises outstanding contribution in leadership, operational excellence and a consistent dedication to furthering the growth of Domino’s.

Awarded to the Support Office team member that has provided remarkable contributions to the corporate services functions and unwavering support to the wider Domino’s business. This award celebrates team members working to support the Domino’s business behind the scenes in corporate roles including marketing, finance, IT, digital, purchasing, human resources, and other support functions.

Tickets to Worldwide Rally with airfares, five nights’ accommodation and Visa Card with $1,000 spending money.

Giving their best at all times and going above and beyond to deliver outstanding results. Rings are currently available for 25 years, 30 years, 35 years+ service at DPE.
