Manager of the Year

CRITERIA
To be eligible for DPE Global Manager of the Year, the team member must have held the position as Store Manager for more than one year and all 12 PnL’s must be submitted by 30 January.

The Manager must achieve the highest average ranking in these key operational metrics across a 12-month period.

• FSE, ADT, EBITDA (%), Load Time, Food Variance, Singles (%) and NPS (%).

The Manager must embody our five core values and show an example of how they have brought each value to life in the past 12-months:
