Leadership Award

Heralded as one of the most iconic DPE Awards, the Global Leadership Award recognises outstanding contribution in leadership, operational excellence and a consistent dedication to furthering the growth of Domino’s.

Awarded to one recipient each year, the Global Leadership Award celebrates someone in DPE who displays unwavering leadership, integrity and vision, while inspiring others to demonstrate the same.

To be firstly nominated for this award, a Franchise Partner must achieve the following key metrics:

  • More than 80% of team members active on the Path to Excellence program – (*from calendar year 2023 onwards)

  • Grow one (1) Store Manager into a Franchise Partner within a 12-month period

  • Achieve minimum of 95% FSE across all stores

  • Achieve ADT of 18 minutes or less across all stores

  • Be considered an “A” Franchise Partner

  • Achieve an average PS of 4.5.

Domino’s Global Leadership Team and Market CEO’s will then vote on all nominees, with a winner selected each year.
